Dear Hansons Windows,

I had you put in ten new windows in my home. The sales rep knew his stuff and was able to answer all of my questions. I had Wallside Windows come out in addition to Hansons Windows.  Hansons Windows product was a little more expensive but worth it. I had absolutely had no issues with anything before, during or after the sale. Hansons Windows has a superior product and superior installation people.

I can’t think of a thing I would change about Hansons Windows, they are a great company.

Hansons Windows. Complaints? Nope.

We purchased new Windows from Hansons. Our sales representative was very knowledgeable and did a great job answering our questions and making us feel comfortable with our final choice. We didn’t speak with anyone else. I looked into Renewal by Anderson’s website and made an appointment but canceled it after receiving the quote from Hansons Windows, I knew the pricing and quality would be far better. There were no issues at all during the window installation. The installment was fast and great. Hansons Windows had the best quality for the best price and I will recomend them to my friends and family in the future.

Just a few words to let you know how much I like my Hansons Windows that you put on my entire house. One of them shattered and I called the office to let you know. A week later someone arrived at my home to measure my window and said that Hansons would call me to set a date and time when they could come out and repair it. Dennis showed up right on time, put in the window and didn’t make a mess. The next day I got a follow up call from Hansons Windows to check to see if everything went ok.

I would recommend Hansons Windows to anyone who needs new windows for their home.

I can’t believe how much I love my Hansons Windows. The salesman who arrived at my home was courteous and professional. His main goal was to educate me about the quality of Hansons Windows. He showed me all the the quality products and the took the time to answer all of my questions. By the time I signed the paperwork, I had almost 40% off my windows, along with the tax refund for energy efficient windows.

A week later a sales person from Wallside Windows showed up…late. I didn’t need to open the door for him, he could have slithered his way underneath it. He criticized Hansons and Weathergard  Windows, and told me that Hansons had a lot of trouble with the Better Business Bureau. He did a heat lamp test with the sample window a good 8 inches away from the lamp and I could feel the heat through the sample. Then he told me my condo association might not allow me to buy any windows other than Wallside. He said that alot of condo associations require that they use Wallside Windows in their bylaw. So, I contacted my condo association and they said they didn’t care who did my windows, just as long as they were the same style as the other in the complex. Needless to say, I was very glad that i had signed the papers and made a down payment on my new windows from Hansons.

When the installers showed up, I was immediately impressed. First, they called me to discuss the window sills. Both of these guys did a great professional job installing the windows. My windows have never looked so good! And Terry took extra care to put a second foot lock on the doorwall to accomodate my cats cat door in the screen.

Everyone I’ve dealt with at Hansons, whether on the phone or in person, has been wonderful! They have been so courteous and professional. I know without a doubt, that when I chose Hansons for my replacement windows, I made an excellent decision! I have already recommended Hansons to others and will continue to do so!

Dear Hansons,

I cannot express enough what a wonderful company you are to deal with. Hansons put in a whole houseful of windows for me quite a while ago. Just recently, I had to call regarding leakage between the panes. The office staff was pleasant and efficient. The young man that came to measure the glass was very courteous and prompt. When the glass came in, the office staff called me to set up a date and time. The installers were here on time and did a fantastic job and left absolutely no mess. I also received a follow-up call the next day to make sure that I was pleased with the results. All I can say is “Hansons! You rock when it comes to customer service”. I have never regretted having Hansons do the initial installation and I will reccomend them to my friends and family.

Hansons Windows – Customer Satisfaction

Dear Mr. Elias,

We had a new Hansons doorwall installed this week and we were very pleased with the entire process. Our Project Manager, Nicole C. did an excellent job of keeping us informed and updated throughout the scheduling process. Our installer, Tom, was fast and courteous. When we had a small problem with the toe lock, Nicole arranged for service the very next day and Tom came out to make the proper adjustment.
